The corners were rather challenging and the alloy required annealing to soften it before the shape could be completed satisfactorily.  Annealing is achieved by drawing on the panel with a felt tip marker pen and then gently heating with an oxy torch until the marker pen disappears.  The resulting softer material was much easier to work with and retain the desired shape.
