The frame completely welded. This was a very long process that took several days to finish. It's surprising just how many welds there are in what looks like a simple chassis, but if you consider that every joint has to be welded on four sides you can start to understand the size of the process. I would estimate that for this build I spent around $500 on gas for the MIG welder!
